Monthly voice workout session run by Nic Redman. Perfect for all professional voice users (actors, voice over artists, comedians, presenters, teachers, public speakers...) or just those who are voice curious, to check in with their voice and work on various elements of vocal technique. Each week will focus on a different area of voice work. Whether you're an actor or a voice over artist, or someone who wants to gain more vocal confidence and awareness, these sessions will be highly beneficial.
The first session in May will be a Back to Basics session designed to outline the basics of an efficient vocal warm-up routine. So if you need to refresh your warm up or would like a reminder of what needs covered when you're preparing your voice for performance, this is for you. The second session in June will look at breath and physical release, bringing awareness to the need for release of the body and freedom of breath, an essential for all voice users. The third session in July will look at articulation. So if you're tripping over your ps and qs or feeling a bit tongue-tied, it'll be very useful.
Class size will be limited to ensure participants receive the required 1-2-1 focus during the session so book now to avoid disappointment.
Depending on popularity this event will become a regular monthly occurrence, with one-off appearances from other highly skilled voice professionals in the North.
